Your account

You must be 18 or older to create an account. Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for what happens under your account. Funeral homes confirm they're authorised by the family to create each memorial.

Your content

You own what you write and upload. You give us permission to store, display, print and share it only as needed to provide the service, as you direct. Only upload photos and text you have the right to use.

Respectful use

• No false, hateful, harassing or unlawful content, and no content that invades someone's privacy.
• No spam, impersonation or attempts to break or misuse the site.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Guestbooks

Memorial owners approve, hide or delete guestbook messages. Visitors are responsible for the messages they submit.

Planning tools

Checklists, will worksheets and templates are general guides only. They are not legal, financial or medical advice and do not create a legally valid will. Please consult a qualified professional.

Keepsake store

Prices and shipping are shown at checkout. Items are made to order with your personalisation, so we can't accept returns for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace or refund it.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep InMyMemory running and your pages online, but the service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
